Katie Rose
Katie Rose believes yoga is a spiritual practice connecting us to a higher power. Her passion lies in yogic philosophy, seasonal practices of Sadhana, devotion, and reverence for nature. Katie is an advanced Jivamukti Yoga teacher and a Wise Earth Ayurveda master teacher. She’s also qualified in Kundalini Yoga and as a Doula and holds the highest accreditations with Yoga Alliance and Yoga Australia. She has taught yoga for over 20 years and is the author of several books, including The Yoga of Birth and Mindful Living (2019). Katie is the mother of four young boys and lives with her family in Sydney’s Inner West.
