Katie Rose believes yoga is a spiritual practice connecting us to a higher power. Her passion lies in yogic philosophy, seasonal practices of Sadhana, devotion, and reverence for nature. Katie is an advanced Jivamukti Yoga teacher and a Wise Earth Ayurveda master teacher.
