Eric Brent
Eric Brent is the founder and director of HappyCow. As a vegan of over 20 years who has traveled to more than 50 countries, he recognized the challenge of finding suitable food in new locations. This insight led him to create HappyCow.com, an online guide to vegan restaurants, in the late 1990s. The website now attracts approximately 850,000 visitors monthly, assisting vegans and vegetarians globally in discovering nearby dining options.
Glen Merzer is a multifaceted creator, known for his work as a playwright, screenwriter, film director, podcast host, and author. He has authored or co-authored over a dozen books promoting a whole plant-based diet. His recent publications include Food Is Climate: A Response to Al Gore, Bill Gates, Paul Hawken, and the Conventional Narrative on Climate Change, Own Your Health, and America Goes Vegan! Merzer also hosts The Glen Merzer Show, a podcast available on YouTube and other platforms. He recently directed his debut feature film, Buddhist Blues.
