David Petersen
Born in 1977, David Petersen’s artistic career was fueled by a childhood rich in cartoons, comics, and tree climbing, influences that continue to shape his work. He is the recipient of three Eisner Awards for his acclaimed Mouse Guard series. Petersen earned his BFA in printmaking from Eastern Michigan University, where he met his wife, Julia. They currently reside in Michigan with their dogs, Autumn and Bronwyn.
Gabriel Rodriguez
Gabriel Rodriguez is a Chilean comic book artist and architect, widely recognized as the co-creator and artist of the award-winning series Locke & Key, in collaboration with writer Joe Hill. He began his career in Chile, practicing architecture and illustrating for the collectible card game Mitos y Leyendas. Rodriguez’s international career launched with IDW Publishing, contributing to titles such as CSI: Crime Scene Investigation comics, before achieving widespread recognition for Locke & Key.
