About the Author
Deborah Samuel spent two decades as an award-winning educator for at-risk youth, earning the distinction of National Physical Education Teacher of the Year. A licensed pilot and aircraft mechanic, she also successfully flipped nearly thirty homes before transitioning into the field of luxury real estate.
Currently, Deborah is a senior specialist realtor and a cofounder of SB SOS, an organization dedicated to assisting older adults navigating life transitions. She resides aboard a classic yacht in Santa Barbara, California, with her spouse and their black cat.
