Dr. Paul Laursen is an exercise physiologist with more than 150 peer-reviewed publications. He is the co-author of Science and Application of HIIT (Human Kinetics, 2019) and a contributing author to the training chapters in the forthcoming fifth edition of Tim Noakes’ Lore of Running (Human Kinetics).
Dr. Laursen is also the co-founder and CEO of Athletica, an AI platform for endurance athletes, and an adjunct professor at Auckland University of Technology.
