Ahmet Hilmi
Ahmet Hilmi was born in 1865 and died in 1914. He was born in a region that is now part of Bulgaria. As a young man, Hilmi met Mirror Dede, a “cosmic doctor” who resided in a local cemetery. Mirror Dede’s teachings inspired Hilmi’s spiritual transformation. Hilmi later became a Sufi teacher and a prolific author.
