Aki Choklat is an international design professional and shoe designer. He runs his own footwear label and works as a trend and design consultant for numerous companies. He also lectures at Polimoda: International Institute of Fashion Design and Marketing in Florence, Italy, and has worked with many design schools including London College of Fashion and Fashion Institute of Technology.
