Alan Carr is one of Britain’s most successful and treasured comedians. His unique humour and effortless stage presence have earned him a catalogue of awards, including:

In 2011, Alan embarked on his second live arena tour, ‘Spexy Beast Live’, which culminated in a successful DVD release. Throughout 2015, he toured the UK and Ireland with his ‘Yap, Yap, Yap!’ live show, performing at over 150 sold-out theatres. His third stand-up DVD, ‘Alan Carr - Yap Yap Yap! Live’, was released in November 2016.

In 2016, Alan took his ‘Yap Yap Yap!’ show global, performing internationally in Scandinavia, Montreal at the Just For Laughs Comedy Festival, and touring New Zealand and Australia, including two shows at the Sydney Opera House.

Alan also hosts Channel 4’s flagship fundraising show, ‘Stand Up To Cancer’, which in 2014 raised over £14 million for Cancer Research. He returned to host the show again in October 2016.

Alan’s second memoir, ‘Alanatomy: The Inside Story’, was published in October 2016.
