About The Author

Alexandra Stacey

Alexandra Stacey was born in Paris and grew up near Versailles. Growing up half-French, half-British, Alex attended an international lycee until the age of 18, then moved to the UK to study history at Oxford University. After university she worked in arts PR in London. She has always enjoyed cooking, but returned to the comforting and nourishing dishes of her childhood when she had children of her own. This is what led to the creation of her popular Instagram channel @frenchfamilyfood.
