Anna Orlando
Katlijne Van der Stighelen (b. 1959) is a prominent Belgian art historian known for her groundbreaking work on forgotten female artists. She is particularly recognized for reviving the legacies of polymath Anna Maria van Schurman and 17th-century painter Michaelina Wautier. Van der Stighelen curated the first major exhibition dedicated to Wautier in 2018, which led to significant reattributions and acquisitions for collections such as The Phoebus Foundation.
