Annwyn Avalon
Annwyn Avalon is a water priestess residing in Avalon. She founded Water Priestess Training and the Water Priestess Confluence. Annwyn is the author of Water Witchcraft, The Way of the Water Priestess, and Celtic Goddess Grimoire. She has contributed to various esoteric publications in the U.S. and England and writes the Patheos blog “Water Priestess in Avalon.” Her contributions also extend to the book Brigid’s Light and other works. Annwyn has dedicated her life to studying the esoteric water mysteries and the lore of Avalon, serving the world’s waters and her ancestors. She is an initiated witch and priestess, a Reiki master teacher, an award-winning dancer, and holds a BFA in sculpture and a BA in anthropology, along with an apprentice certification in herbalism. She is also the sacred steward of Chalice Orchard, previously owned by authors Dion Fortune and Geoffrey Ashe. Annwyn can often be found exploring the hedgerows of Glastonbury or at a sacred spring, honoring the waters.
Suzanne O’Gara is a certified herbalist, shop owner, and teacher. She has served as a priestess of Morgan Le Fay since 2003. Suzanne created and directs Herbs of Avalon: Morgana’s Materia Medica, an online course and an in-person retreat in Glastonbury, UK. She is the sole proprietor of the Alchemy of Avalon tea and herb shop and teaches Herbcraft for the Morgan Le Fay Mystery School under the guidance of Demelza Fox. Suzanne has been a guest presenter at numerous events, including the Western Mass Herbal Symposium, Ninefold Festival, The Water Priestess Confluence, Herbalists Without Borders at the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine, and the Unbound Priestess Summit.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Suzanne performs and teaches fusion bellydance and classical/musical theater singing. She holds a bachelor’s degree in vocal performance with a minor in dance from the Whalen Center for Music, Ithaca College, NY.
