Benison O’Reilly is a pharmacist, a medical writer, and a mother of three. She is the co-author of Beyond The Baby Blues: The Complete Perinatal Anxiety and Depression Handbook.
Seana Smith is the author of Sydney for Under Fives and the co-author of The Australian Autism Handbook, Beyond the Baby Blues and The Superfoods Index.
