Dr. Brian Halpern is a board-certified sports medicine physician at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City. He is a former associate team physician for the New York Mets and the nation’s first nonsurgical sports medicine fellowship-trained physician.Laura Tucker is the coauthor of several health and medical books. She lives with her husband and daughter in Brooklyn, New York.
