Anthony E. Cassimatis AM
Professor Anthony E. Cassimatis AM is a distinguished academic in the field of law. He holds a position as a Professor at the TC Beirne School of Law and serves as the Director of the Centre for Public, International and Comparative Law at the University of Queensland.
In recognition of his dedication to teaching, Professor Cassimatis was awarded a National Citation for Outstanding Contributions to Student Learning by the Australian Government in 2017. Further acknowledging his significant contributions, he was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia, General Division, in 2020, for “[f]or significant service to education, to the law, and to the community.”
