Dr. Cate Howell is a GP, therapist, and researcher. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science, Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery, Master of Health Services Management, and a PhD in Medicine. Her postgraduate training includes Couple Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy.
