This lovely book, expressed in smooth, gentle prose, makes a snuggly bedtime choice… . A delightful voyage well worth taking.

A Dream Submarine allows readers to observe myriad sea creatures preparing for slumber in this soporific oceanic journey… . Sweet, beachy-hued digital renderings by Hilsaca suggest a striated watery environment, while Gunnufson’s maritime meanderings point the way toward pelagic dreams.
—Publishers Weekly

Gunnufson takes young readers on a gentle adventure under the sea, where they are introduced to a variety of sea creatures performing their bedtime routines, including getting settled in sponge beds, having their faces cleaned by a parent, and more.
