About The Author

Christian Suchatzki

Christian Suchatzki became a Who fan in 1969 after he heard ‘I’m Free’ on one of his father’s records. Since then he has followed and chronicled the band’s activities in minute detail. He was the editor of the Who fanzine Long Live Rock and wrote a Who biography for Germany’s leading record collector magazine Oldie-Markt. In 1997 he published The Who Complete Discography, with an updated edition released in 2008. Occasionally Christian has contributed to other Who projects such as Christoph Geisselhart’s Who biography Maximum R&B and Mat Snow’s book 50 Years of My Generation.
