Dr. Andrea Traldi
Dr. Andrea Traldi is a Somatic Psychologist with a degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Rome, ‘La Sapienza’. His approach is at the forefront of research on Jungian psychology, exploring the relationship between the collective unconscious and individual storylines as experienced through somatic awareness, intuition, and synchronicities in everyday life.
He is the Founder and Lead Researcher at the Institute of Applied Somatics (IoAS), specializing in programs for breathing techniques, pelvic floor wellbeing, and neuro-myo-fascia repatterning. IoAS offers a range of programs, from thematic workshops to intensive residencies and year-long curricula, currently serving over 1000 students simultaneously.
Dr. Traldi is also Co-Founder and Head of International Programs at the Becomebecome Non-Profit, a social impact entity dedicated to cultural and educational programs. In 2022, he was awarded a Ph.D. from the University of Plymouth, UK, for his transdisciplinary approach to education and creativity through Somatics, Psychology, and movement techniques.
Raluca Maria Spataean, also known as @madebyralu, is a Romanian illustrator inspired by the balancing elements of wellbeing and the natural world. In 2013, she followed her intuition and creative instincts to travel the world, living in Italy, Spain, Romania, Ireland, and England, experiencing life with freedom and joy. In 2020, during the global pandemic, she discovered the joy of digital illustration and began sharing her work on Instagram. Her calming, positive artworks and writings soon cultivated a dedicated community of followers.
