About The Author
Dr Emily Leeming
Dr. Emily Leeming, PhD, MSc, RD, is a registered dietitian and research scientist at King’s College London. She holds a BSc in Nutrition, an MSc in Dietetics, and a PhD in nutrition and the gut microbiome. Her research includes the EAT-FIBRE study, a Harvard University-led global research program.
Emily is a columnist for The Daily Mail, an international keynote and TEDx speaker, and regularly appears on television and radio, including BBC Radio 4, The Sunday Times, The Telegraph, and The Guardian.
She is the author of Genius Gut (2024) and Fibre Power (2026).
