Critics Review

Finally, a doctor dispelling the protein hype and arming us all with knowledge about the key components of our diet needed to work in harmony. Highly recommend. * Rhiannon Lambert, Registered Nutritionist, Founder of Rhitrition and Sunday Times Best Selling Author *
