Drew Hayden Taylor

Drew Hayden Taylor is an Ojibway author from the Curve Lake First Nations in Ontario. He has had a diverse career, including performing stand-up comedy, serving as Artistic Director for Native Earth Performing Arts, and working as a playwright, journalist, columnist, short story writer, novelist, and television scriptwriter. He has contributed to over 20 documentaries exploring the Native experience, including the popular “Searching for Winnetou,” and his APTN series “Going Native” is in its third year. Taylor is the author of 35 books and continues to explore new creative avenues.
