Flynn McGarry is an American chef based in New York City. He is known for hosting dinner tasting restaurant Eureka in Los Angeles and New York City. He has staged at Eleven Madison Park, Alinea, Next, Geranium, and Maaemo. He opened GEM, a sixteen-seat dining room for tasting-menu dinners, on New York City’s lower east side in 2018.
