Gerd Keiser
Gerd Keiser is founder and president of PhotonicsComm Solutions, Inc., a firm specializing in consulting and education for the optical communications industry. () He had extensive experience at Honeywell, GTE, and General Dynamics in optical networking technology for telecom-muni-cations applications, has served as Adjunct Professor of Electrical Engineering at Northeastern University and Tufts University, and is a Fellow of the IEEE. The author of McGraw-Hill’s Optical Fiber Communications and Local Area Networks, he is also an Associate Editor of the technical journal Optical Fiber Technology.
