About The Author

Giacomo Bonanno

Giacomo Bonanno is Distinguished Professor Emeritus at the University of California, Davis. He obtained his PhD from the London School of Economics in 1985, was a post-doctoral research fellow at Nuffield College, Oxford from 1985 to 1987, and joined the Economics Department at the University of California, Davis in 1987. He has written several textbooks and more than 100 articles, and edited books and journals. He has been Editor and Associate Editor of several academic journals.
