About The Author

Guy Radlett

Guy Radlett is a Sussex-based author, historian, and former British Army soldier who writes both historical fiction and non-fiction, specializing in the Georgian period and military history. His work predominantly explores the warfare and personalities of the eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries, blending careful research with vivid, historically sympathetic storytelling. His lifelong interest in history was sharpened by his service in uniform, and he remains active in the veterans’ community, supporting armed forces charities through organizing and participating in fundraising events. He lives with his two young daughters and spends much of his free time keeping fit to keep up with them.
