Hannah Alderete is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in helping adult children of narcissists become their whole, authentic selves. Her clinical training comprises relational, dynamic and emotion-focused psychotherapy with somatic underpinnings. Hannah hopes to pursue a PhD in the near future, but for now will happily fantasize about it. You can find her wandering a trail behind her home in Los Angeles or in the produce aisle at Whole Foods.
