Hanoch Piven is an award-winning illustrator, educator, and creative instigator whose work has been published in Time, Newsweek, Rolling Stone, The Times, Der Spiegel, and Haaretz. Piven’s artwork is unique in both form and method. By reinventing the meaning and use of everyday objects, he forges associations between them and the subject of his creation.
Shira Hecht-Koller is an educator, attorney, and writer. She is the director of education for 929 English, an educational start-up and global platform for the study of Tanakh. She lives in Queens, New York.
