About Heidi Grant Halvorson
Heidi Grant Halvorson is a social psychologist and educational consultant. She has served as an assistant professor of psychology at Lehigh University and has received grants from the National Science Foundation.
Dr. Grant Halvorson is the author and co-editor of the academic book The Psychology of Goals and has published papers in leading journals in her field.
She holds a PhD from Columbia University, where she worked with Carol Dweck, and a BA in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Grant Halvorson is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Association for Psychological Science, and the Society for Personality and Social Psychology. She has also been elected to the Society for Experimental Social Psychology.
