Hiroyuki Takei
After starting out as an assistant on the samurai manga Rurouni Kenshin, Hiroyuki Takei in 1998 created Shaman King, which would go on to become a smash hit Shonen Jump adventure, with an anime adaptation broadcast on Fox.
