Critics Review

With an engaging narrative, backed by a range of great maps, tables and fabulous artwork, this extraordinary period in the Marine nationale’s history proved to be an absorbing read and a great addition to the series. * History Bookchat *
One thing I have remarked on before is the quality of the illustrations in these books, and this one is no exception. They really are top quality, and I think some of the illustrations would make a great addition to a naval enthusiast’s study. The illustrator specialises in aviation and military art, and I think it shows. * Army Rumour Service *
