What They're Saying

Critics Review

An entertaining Christmas book with a distinctly Australian tone and an underlying message of the power of collaboration and teamwork. * CBCA Reading Time *
Told in joyful, masterful rhyme, this book is a gem that begs to be read aloud … Children will adore the animal antics along with the tongue-twisting good times, and just between you and me, adult readers will also derive great satisfaction from reading this to their littles! * Kids’ Book Review *
With its clever rhyming text and hilarious illustrations, this is a uniquely Australian story that is going to appeal to all ages, especially if they are invited to suggest solutions to Santa’s problem or speculate on how the children will feel if there is nothing special under the tree in the morning because Santa is still stuck in the tree! – Barbara Braxton * The Bottom Shelf *
