The author of the national bestseller Good to Great and co-author of Built to Last, he serves as a teacher to leaders throughout the corporate and social sectors. His most recent book is Great by Choice, a look at why some companies thrive in uncertain times. His work has been featured in Fortune, Business Week, The Economist, USA Today, and Harvard Business Review.

James Collins is a leading Sport & Exercise Nutritionist. Currently working as a consultant within European Football, he was Head of Nutrition at Arsenal Football Club from 2010 until 2017. During this period, he was also recruited as Consultant Nutritionist for the England Football Team at the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil and advised the 2018 World Cup winning French men’s football team.

In elite sport, James has advised Team GB Olympic teams and athletes during the Beijing 2008, London 2012 and Rio 2016 Olympic Games.

Recently elected as President of The Royal Society of Medicine’s ‘Food and Health’ forum, James is a member of the international group PINES, and is a registered Sport & Exercise Nutritionist (SENr).

Following his undergraduate study in the USA and UK, James completed his Masters Degree in Sport and Exercise Nutrition at Loughborough University. He then added The International Olympic Committee (IOC) Diploma in Sport and Exercise Nutrition, awarded by the Medical Commission, in Lausanne, Switzerland.

At his Harley Street practice, The Centre for Health and Human Performance (CHHP), James works with clients ranging from CEOs to athletes and celebrities from performance industries.

James also regularly collaborates with the media. He is columnist for The Telegraph and a regular consultant to the BBC, recently working on the 2018 Sport Relief television show, while he is a regular contributor to BBCGoodFood online.

Jerry L. Porras is the Fred H. Merrill Professor of Organizational Behaviour and Change at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He is the author of Stream Analysis and the co-inventor of stream analysis computer software.
