About The Author
James L. Elrod
James L. Elrod Jr. has a thirty-five-year career in finance, with significant experience in the nonprofit sector. He has served on the boards of various organizations, including Christ Church Greenwich and Berkeley Divinity School at Yale. He is also a faculty member at Yale Divinity School, where he teaches nonprofit finance. His previous books include Merging Health Care Institutions and Hospital Financing and Refinancing Under Prospective Payment. He resides in Riverside, Connecticut.
