I highly recommend Jen Hamilton’s book Birth Vibes for pregnant women who plan to have hospital births. Her skillful storytelling will engage anxious moms, and her explanations as to what to expect are given with humor, heart, and honesty.
The book every expecting parent needs.
Compassionate, real, and reassuring. Jen Hamilton may not be in the delivery room with you, but once you read Birth Vibes, you’ll feel like she is.
Jen Hamilton takes what’s often overwhelming and turns it into something deeply human and empowering. Her stories make you feel like you’re sitting with a friend who’s been there and knows exactly how to help you.
