Professor Jennie Brand-Miller is an internationally recognised authority on carbohydrates and health. She is Professor of Human Nutrition at the University of Sydney. Kaye Foster-Powell is an accredited practising dietitian, providing consultancy on all aspects of the glycemic index. Together they have authored 12 titles in the worldwide bestselling New Glucose Revolution series. Dr Joanna McMillan Price has completed her PhD at the University of Sydney on the links between the glycemic index and weight loss. As a fitness instructor she has helped hundreds of people to change their bodies.
