Jennifer Gay Summers
Jennifer Gay Summers is a writer and advocate for parents raising neurodivergent children. She is a former teacher of at-risk high school students.
Her essays on motherhood have appeared in the Chicken Soup for the Soul and Conscious Women, Conscious Mothers anthologies, as well as Adoptive Families and ADDitude magazines. Most recently, she has contributed to Mom Egg Review, Dorothy Parker’s Ashes, and L.A. Parent magazine.
Summers has also been a guest on leading ADHD parenting podcasts, including Parenting with Impact and ADHD Kids Can Thrive. She has deep roots in the LA area, where she still lives.
