Jerry Connor
Jerry Connor is the founder of BTS Coaching Practice and former leader of its Global Leadership Practice. A pioneer in leadership and coaching, he founded ‘Coach in a Box’, one of the first companies to utilize virtual coaching. Coach in a Box became a global leader, employing over 250 coaches across 40 countries and 27 languages. Jerry also co-founded Bridge, a leading global leadership consultancy, and two non-profit organizations focused on international development and youth leadership. He serves as Head of Strategy for the Bridge Institute, specializing in large-scale systems change. Residing in Sydney, Jerry is the architect of mindset research and intellectual property that has benefited over half a million business leaders globally. Karim Hirani
Karim Hirani is the Global Head of Quality and Design for BTS Coach, responsible for overseeing quality, training, and skill development for the practice’s associates. As Head of the Design function, Karim develops programs tailored to the needs of organizations worldwide. His thought leadership in coaching includes peer-reviewed papers published in the Integral Business Journal and the Philosophy of Coaching Journal, and presentations at various ICF conferences globally. Karim holds an MSc from King’s College, London, where he graduated with Distinction and received four awards for Mathematics, including being recognized as the top mathematics student across all Universities of London.
