J.H. Diehl is the author of novels and picture books for young readers. Her notable works include Tiny Infinities, a Bank Street Best Book of the Year, Junior Library Guild Gold Selection, and Mighty Girl Book of the Year. Other books by Diehl include Loon Chase and Three Little Beavers. The Daydreaming Sink is her first book of nonsense verse and is an homage to Edward Lear.
Kathryn Freeman is an artist and storyteller who blends classical composition with magic realism. Her paintings have been exhibited in galleries in Europe and across the United States, and are held in numerous private and public collections. She has also completed several large-scale public mural commissions.
