Jim Stovall
Jim Stovall is a National Olympic weightlifting champion, the former President of the Emmy Award-winning Narrative Television Network, and a highly sought-after author and platform speaker. He is the author of the bestselling book, The Ultimate Gift, which was adapted into a major motion picture starring James Garner and Abigail Breslin. Six of his other novels have also been made into movies, with several more in production.
Steve Forbes, president and CEO of Forbes magazine, has called Stovall “one of the most extraordinary men of our era.” For his work in making television accessible to the nation’s 13 million blind and visually impaired people, Stovall was selected as the Entrepreneur of the Year by The President’s Committee on Equal Opportunity. Kathy Johnson is a prominent business writer with extensive experience in corporate America. She held managerial positions at various financial institutions, where she developed and directed marketing programs with a consistent focus on writing and scripting. Johnson also founded and developed several business-to-business magazines, including BusinessWise in Indiana, serving as its owner and editor. She has edited books, magazines, and articles for various authors, including Jim Stovall.
Johnson holds a Core Competency certification and became a Dale Carnegie instructor, specializing in leadership management, relationship strengthening, and sales training. After completing her novella, Seasons to Remember, she earned her bachelor of science degree from the University of Evansville and her master’s degree in organizational management from Oakland City University.
