Jim Zub
Jim Zub is a writer, artist, and editor best known for the comic series Skullkickers, which ran for 33 issues after its 2010 launch, and for his work on Conan.
He got his start in the industry in 2001 with his first comic, Makeshift Miracle. Zub has since written for major publishers and properties including IDW, Marvel, Cartoon Network, Street Fighter, Samurai Jack, Thunderbolts, Uncanny Avengers, Dungeons and Dragons, and Wolverine. He also created the comic series Wayward.
In 2019, Zub wrote Rick and Morty vs. Dungeons & Dragons: Chapter II: Painscape, which received an Eisner Award nomination for ‘Best Graphic Album’ in 2022. Throughout his career, he has won and been nominated for numerous awards, including the Web Cartoonists’ Choice Award, Yalsa, Animex, and the Joe Shuster Canadian Comic Award for Outstanding Writer.
