Jim Zub
Jim Zub is a writer, artist, and editor best known for his work on Conan and Skullkickers, which he created and launched in 2010, running for 33 issues.
He got his start in comics in 2001 with his first comic, Makeshit Miracle. Zub has since written for major publishers and properties including IDW, Marvel, and Cartoon Network. His writing credits include Street Fighter, Samurai Jack, Thunderbolts, Uncanny Avengers, Dungeons and Dragons, Wolverine, and his creator-owned series Wayward.
In 2019, Zub wrote Rick and Morty vs. Dungeons & Dragons: Chapter II: Painscape, which was nominated for the 2022 Eisner Award for ‘Best Graphic Album’. Throughout his career, he has received and been nominated for numerous awards, including the Web Cartoonists’ Choice Award, Yalsa, Animex, and the Joe Shuster Canadian Comic Award for Outstanding Writer.
