Josie Campbell
Josie Campbell is a Los Angeles-based writer and filmmaker. An alumna of Emerson College and the Upright Citizen’s Brigade Theatre, Josie writes for TV, film, and comics.
She was the Head Writer for hit shows “She-Ra and the Princesses of Power” and “Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous,” as well as Head Writer/Co-Showrunner for “My Adventures With Superman.”
Josie’s other writing credits include work for Dreamworks, Disney, Mattel, Sony, and Warner Brothers; joke writing for comedians Amy Schumer, Jay Mohr, and Norm Macdonald; and authoring comics and graphic novels for DC Comics, including the tie-in miniseries “My Adventures With Superman” and the ongoing DC Comic “Shazam!”
In the live-action space, Josie has done punch-up and ghostwriting for theatrical work, written and directed plays for the Hollywood Fringe Festival, and written and produced sketch comedy for UCB.
