Kate Pankhurst

Kate Pankhurst has worked as an illustrator since graduating from the University of Central Lancashire. She regularly runs illustration and writing sessions in primary and secondary schools and is part of Creatives, a company specializing in arts experiences for children and young people. Kate has illustrated picture books and fiction for various publishers and was the recipient of the MACMILLAN PRIZE FOR PICTURE BOOK ILLUSTRATION in 2002. Kate lives and works in Leeds.
