Kay Bretz
Kay Bretz is a 42-year-old German-Australian corporate leader, elite athlete, and explorer residing in Melbourne, Australia, with his partner Rebecca.
Driven by a lifelong urge to explore, Kay’s journey has taken him from a year at a Scottish boarding school to three years at the University of Seville, Spain. After earning a Master’s Degree in International Business, he pursued a Doctorate in European Law.
With over 15 years of global corporate leadership experience, Kay has held positions such as Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company and served on senior leadership teams within prominent Australian retailers.
In 2020, Kay authored his first book and established a consultancy dedicated to inspiring individuals and organizations to “inspire the magic.” He coaches and consults on transformation programs, focusing on helping clients thrive without relying on extreme physical challenges. Kay’s work centers on keynote speaking, executive coaching, and tailored programs designed to elevate team performance and foster inspiring organizational cultures.
