Loveleen Gaur

Dr. Loveleen Gaur is a distinguished academic, researcher, and international examiner with over twenty years of experience in higher education, doctoral supervision, and research evaluation. She holds a PhD in Computer Applications and possesses expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Data Science, and Business Analytics, with a focus on their interdisciplinary applications in management, healthcare, and digital systems.

Currently, Dr. Gaur serves as the Faculty Lead of the Doctoral Program in Deep Technologies at Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, Lima, Peru. She also holds the position of Dissertation Committee Chair for the DBA Program at Golden Gate University Worldwide, San Francisco, USA. Additionally, she is a Research Professor at Alliance University, Bengaluru, India, and an Adjunct Professor at the University of the South Pacific, Fiji. Her commitment to fostering innovation extends to her roles as an Assessor for Innovate UK (UK Research and Innovation) and a Judge for the QS Reimagine Education Awards. Previously, as a Professor at Amity University, India, she established its postgraduate programs in Artificial Intelligence and Business Analytics.

Dr. Gaur has significant experience as an External PhD Examiner and doctoral committee member for numerous international universities, including Taylor’s University, Malaysia; Auckland University of Technology, New Zealand; Alliance University, India; and the Symbiosis Centre for Research and Innovation.

She has an impressive publication record, boasting over 150 research outputs with more than 5,000 citations in high-impact journals indexed by Scopus and Web of Science. She has authored and edited multiple scholarly books for prominent publishers such as Elsevier, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Wiley, and IGI Global. Dr. Gaur is also Co-Editor-in-Chief of Communications in Statistics: Case Studies, Data Analysis and Applications (Taylor & Francis) and Series Editor of Concise Introductions to AI and Data Science (Wiley-Scrivener), in addition to holding several editorial and reviewer positions for reputable international journals.

Globally recognized for her research contributions, Dr. Gaur is featured in the Elsevier and Stanford University World’s Top 2% Scientists list for 2024 and 2025. She is also a Senior Member of the IEEE.
