What They're Saying

Critics Review

“What you will find is a grounded, experience-driven perspective on how to train better, recover smarter and build something that lasts. This has been clearly proven in the sailing world by the legacy that Michael has built and left in the Laser / ILCA class with the Australian Squad since 2008. If you’re serious about your training, this book will meet you where you are and push you further.” (Matt Wearn, Double Olympic Gold Medallist)
