Morgan Eleanor Harris

Morgan Eleanor Harris is a research fellow in European Union law at the Università degli Studi Roma Tre, Department of Law. She earned a master’s in law (LMG, Hons.) and doctorate at the Libera Università Maria SS. Assunta (LUMSA) in Rome, and a master’s in environmental law at the Università di Roma, La Sapien-za. She has published numerous articles on topics related to European and Interna-tional environmental law, with a particular focus on public participation rights.
