Nancy Kaur, born in North India, spent part of her childhood in Singapore before moving to Australia at age 12. With over twenty years of experience as a corporate leader, she has worked with prominent organizations including CSL Limited, CSIRO, and the Australian Government. As a leadership coach, mindful leader, and practitioner of wholistic massage, her unique leadership approach is characterized by transcendence, compassion, and wisdom.
Nancy is dedicated to fostering intentional leadership change for the common good. She believes that building more respectful, inclusive, and less hierarchical relationships is essential to reintroducing humanity into the business world. By offering fresh perspectives and insights, she inspires leaders to embrace their authentic selves and reconnect with their purpose through a deep understanding of their identity and life’s calling.
She is the author of the debut book LifeCENTRIC Leadership™. Nancy is a mother to one and a stepmother to three. She resides with her partner, daughter, two dogs, two goats, two goldfish, ten chickens, and a rabbit on a small acreage in southern Tasmania.
Kristin Lee is a writer focused on lifestyle and conscious living, who finds her greatest solace atop mountains. She is passionate about sharing natural and creative approaches to self-discovery, understanding, and belonging. Her articles have been featured in prominent Australian print and online publications, including The Age, Qantas inflight magazine, and The Australian. Kristin has also contributed to prime-time Australian television programs such as The Great Outdoors, What’s Good for You, and Secret Millionaire. Additionally, she ghostwrote Lasseter’s Reef, a book that delves into one of outback Australia’s most captivating mysteries. Kristin lives in the Dandenong Ranges in Victoria, Australia.
