Nick Skelton
One of Britain’s greatest ever equestrians, Nick Skelton was born in Warwickshire in 1957. At his seventh Olympic Games in Rio, 2016, he won the individual gold medal, proving himself one of Britain’s most durable sports stars. He was made CBE in the New Year’s Honours List in 2017.
