Nicola Bird holds an MSc in Psychology and is the founder of A Little Peace of Mind, an online programme she created to cure others from anxiety after she developed a revolutionary method to heal her own extreme anxiety and agoraphobia. Having previously worked in high-flying jobs in London and launched a successful IT business, she retrained as a coach to help others overcome anxiety, panic attacks and stress.
